Sell signage as your own product. Your logo, your colours and your domain name on a CMS we build, host and maintain, live within 7 days. How white label works →
It is the one recurring line we sell, and it is priced per account rather than per screen, so its cost per screen falls as your network grows. At 25 displays, 1290€ a year is 4,30€ per screen per month. At 100 displays it is 1,08€. Every per-screen subscription stays flat however many screens you add.
1290€ / per year
More info →Software only, at each vendor's own published list price, checked September 2026. Prices are shown in the currency each vendor publishes, because a conversion rate we picked would quietly flatter whichever side we wanted it to.
| Plan, list price checked September 2026 | 1 Bildschirm | 5 Bildschirme | 25 Bildschirme |
|---|---|---|---|
| easyCMS , einmal bezahlt, in einer Bestellung gekauft | 49 € | 313 € | 1 883 € |
| Yodeck Free, 1 Bildschirm für immer | 0 | n / A | n / A |
| OptiSigns Free, 3 screens, their logo on your screen, community support | 0 | n / A | n / A |
| Xibo Cloud Professional, 4,40 € per display per month | 264 € | 1 320 € | 6 600 € |
| OptiSigns Standard, 7,50 € per screen per month on annual billing | 450 € | 2 250 € | 11 250 € |
| Yodeck Basic, 8 € per screen per month | 480 € | 2 400 € | 12 000 € |
| Rise Vision Basic, $11 per display per month | $660 | $3 300 | $16 500 |
| ScreenCloud Core, $20 per screen per month billed annually | $1 200 | $6 000 | $30 000 |
What that is worth by year five. Twenty-five screens bought in one order is 1 883€ and then nothing. The same twenty-five on OptiSigns Standard is 11 250€ over the same five years, and on ScreenCloud Core it is $30 000. The software stops being a cost line in your second year and stays that way, which is the whole argument: you are buying an asset rather than renting access to one.
Where we lose. A first screen at 49€ is overtaken by a free tier immediately and by a paid subscription at about six months, and licences added later cost 99€ rather than 66€, which pushes those break-evens out to twelve or thirteen months. If you are running a three-month pilot you might abandon, rent it. If the screen is still going to be on the wall in two years, buy it.
easyCMS: 49€ account including one licence, plus 66€ per additional display, which is the price when licences are bought in the same order as the account. Added later they are 99€ each, so the same networks come to 445€ and 2 675€ at list. The 25-screen figure uses the 299€ PRO account plus 24 licences. Hardware, screens and installation are extra on every platform, including ours. The full argument, including when a subscription wins →
Everything below is a real cost or a real limit. We would rather you meet it here than three weeks after paying us.
1GB on the account, 5GB on PRO, 20GB on Enterprise. A 1080p still is roughly 0,3 to 0,8MB, so a couple of thousand of them fit. A well-encoded 30-second 1080p video is roughly 15 to 22MB, so 1GB is about fifty short clips. Streams, web pages, RSS, weather and DataSets use no storage at all. Competitors bundle unlimited storage; we do not. If you outgrow it, move up a plan or ask us and we will quote.
How storage works →The account includes the first one. Every screen after that is 99€ once, or 49€ on Enterprise. Two screens showing the same content still need two licences, because a licence belongs to a display rather than to a person or a place.
Add a licence →Our ready-made Android player is 499€, or 299€ on Enterprise. You can bring your own Android box, Windows PC, LG webOS or Samsung Tizen panel instead and just buy the licence. Screens, mounts and cabling are yours to source either way.
Player options →The lifetime of the product, not of the buyer. It covers access to the cloud CMS, the player software for your licensed displays, and free software updates as we release them. It does not cover the yearly Enterprise plan or hardware. There is no free plan and no free trial, so the 49€ account is the cheapest way in.
Pricing FAQ →There is no app marketplace, no template gallery, no POS or PMS integration, no single sign-on, and no charts widget. Live data comes from a DataSet or an embedded web page. If your shortlist turns on any of those, say so before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether we fit.
Full feature list →We hold no SOC 2, no ISO 27001 and no other certification, we publish no uptime SLA and we run no status page. We are an EU company hosting the CMS inside the EU, and that is the whole of our answer. If a tender requires a certification, we are not your supplier, and it is cheaper for both of us to know that now.
Security, GDPR & hosting →1290€ every year, for as long as you want the white-label CMS on your own domain. It is the single recurring line in our price list, and we would rather flag it twice than have you discover it at renewal.
Enterprise detail →Plug-and-play players and the accessories that go with them. Or bring your own hardware and just add a licence above.
Plug-and-play Android player, delivered pre-configured with your licence installed. Full HD & 4K ready.
High-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet - the reliable link between player and display.
Logitech K400+ wireless touch keyboard - handy for player setup and on-site tweaks.
Support is not a tier you have to buy back. Everything self-service is free for everyone, expert help by email comes with every account, and there is one clear paid route for when you need an engineer on your problem today.
The AI assistant answers from the whole knowledge base, instantly, at any hour. Two dozen support guides cover setup, players, layouts, scheduling and every common fault. No account needed.
Browse the guides →Enterprise accounts include priority support as part of the annual fee, so your requests go to the front of the queue rather than through the hourly route below.
How support works →An hour of hands-on investigation by an easyCMS engineer, with a written diagnosis. If the fix needs longer you get a fixed quote first, which you approve before we start. Refunded if the cause is a bug in easyCMS.
Book an hour →We offer payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and other local payment methods (Bancontact, Sofort and more). All our payments are managed by Stripe, a secure online payment system. We accept bank wire transfer as well.
Yes, easyCMS can be used on Android or Windows players. We can provide you with one of our players, but if you prefer to use your own hardware, you can, simply get a licence per device.
We are a company registered in Poland, Europe. All sales are registered and an invoice is provided. Our VAT number is PL5213678094.
Yes. Enterprise customers can pay by credit card, debit card, and invoice. Our enterprise customers can have access to different payment plans according to their needs.
If you want to upgrade your plan to include more screens, more storage or more features, you can contact us. Unfortunately, we do not have a downgrade option.
White label is easyCMS running as your product. Your logo, your colours and your product name replace ours throughout the interface, and your customers log in on your own domain name, so easyCMS appears nowhere. We do the branding work for you, usually within 7 days of you sending your logo and colours.
Agencies, AV integrators, LED display manufacturers and anyone reselling signage as a service. You get licences at 49€ instead of 99€ and players at 299€, you create a user group per customer so each client only sees their own screens, and you invoice under your own name. Full detail on the white label page.
The AI assistant, the support guides and the FAQ are free for everyone, with or without an account, and they answer almost everything. When you want a person hands-on with your own setup, an Expert Support Hour is 25 euros: an hour of investigation, a written diagnosis and a fixed quote before any further work, refunded if the cause turns out to be a bug in easyCMS. Enterprise accounts include priority support.
Yes. Licences bought in the same order as an account are a third off, so 66 euros each instead of 99 euros. Five screens bought together is 313 euros rather than 445, and twenty-five on PRO is 1883 euros rather than 2675. The discount is applied at checkout, there is no code to enter, and it applies to the standard account and to PRO. Buying licences later is still 99 euros each, so it is worth adding the screens you already know about to the first order. On Enterprise, licences are 49 euros.
The lifetime of the product, not of the buyer. A one-time purchase covers access to the cloud CMS, the player software for your licensed displays, and free software updates as we release them. You are not buying a version: the CMS is hosted by us and we keep it current, so a new release of the underlying platform is something we deploy rather than something you buy again. It does not cover the yearly Enterprise plan or any hardware.
Your media, layouts and schedules are yours and are exportable. They are ordinary files and structured records, not a format you can only ever look at through our interface. That is a materially better position than a subscription platform, where what you hold is a right of access to someone else’s cloud rather than files you can keep. We have been trading in digital signage since 2014. The honest answer to the question is that your content is yours to export, not a promise about the future of any one vendor.
The account includes 1GB, PRO 5GB and Enterprise 20GB. Images are small, video is not: a well-encoded 30-second 1080p clip is roughly 15 to 22MB, so 1GB is about fifty short videos or a couple of thousand stills, and a video-led screen that keeps its back catalogue will reach the ceiling long before an image-led one does. Streams, embedded web pages, RSS, weather and DataSets use no storage at all. If you outgrow your plan you can move up, or email us and we will quote for more space. Some competitors bundle unlimited storage and we do not, so it is worth doing the sums if your content is mostly video.
Buy an Expert Support Hour for 25€. That is up to an hour of hands-on investigation by an easyCMS engineer and a written diagnosis of what is wrong. If fixing it takes longer, we send a fixed quote first, which you approve before we start, so you are never billed for work you did not agree to. If the cause turns out to be a bug in easyCMS, we refund the hour.
