Pricing questions, answered
How can I pay?
We offer payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and other local payment methods (Bancontact, Sofort and more). All our payments are managed by Stripe, a secure online payment system. We accept bank wire transfer as well.
Can I use my own hardware?
Yes, easyCMS can be used on Android or Windows players. We can provide you with one of our players, but if you prefer to use your own hardware, you can, simply get a licence per device.
Do you provide a tax invoice?
We are a company registered in Poland, Europe. All sales are registered and an invoice is provided. Our VAT number is PL5213678094.
Do enterprise customers have other payment options?
Yes. Enterprise customers can pay by credit card, debit card, and invoice. Our enterprise customers can have access to different payment plans according to their needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan?
If you want to upgrade your plan to include more screens, more storage or more features, you can contact us. Unfortunately, we do not have a downgrade option.
What is white label?
White label is easyCMS running as your product. Your logo, your colours and your product name replace ours throughout the interface, and your customers log in on your own domain name, so easyCMS appears nowhere. We do the branding work for you, usually within 7 days of you sending your logo and colours.
For whom is white label necessary?
Agencies, AV integrators, LED display manufacturers and anyone reselling signage as a service. You get licences at 49€ instead of 99€ and players at 169€, you create a user group per customer so each client only sees their own screens, and you invoice under your own name. What support is included in the price?
Free expert support by email comes with every account, at no extra cost, answered Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 CET. New accounts also get a week of priority answers while you are setting up. The AI assistant, the support guides and the FAQ are free for everyone, with or without an account. Enterprise adds priority support.
What if I need someone hands-on with my problem?
Buy an Expert Support Hour for 25€. That is up to an hour of hands-on investigation by an easyCMS engineer and a written diagnosis of what is wrong. If fixing it takes longer, we send a fixed quote first, which you approve before we start, so you are never billed for work you did not agree to. If the cause turns out to be a bug in easyCMS, we refund the hour.
