The same screens, over five years
Software only, over five years. The subscription line uses 8€ per screen per month, a typical mid-range rate; most sit between 4€ and 20€.

How the easyCMS figures add up. One screen is the 49€ account. Five is the account plus four licences at 66€. Twenty-five is the 299€ PRO account plus twenty-four licences at 66€. Then nothing, for as long as the screens are on the wall.

Small print, in large type
What the price does not include
- Storage is capped. 1GB on the account, 5GB on PRO, 20GB on Enterprise. Video fills it; images, streams and web pages barely touch it. Need more, ask us for a quote.
- One licence per screen. Two screens showing the same content still need two licences: a licence belongs to a display, not to a person or a place.
- Hardware is separate. Our Android player is 499€, or 299€ on Enterprise. Or bring your own box, PC or signage panel and buy the licence only. Screens, mounts and cabling are yours to source either way. Player options →
- Enterprise renews. 1290€ a year, for as long as you want the white-label CMS on your own domain. Everything else is paid once, for the lifetime of the product: CMS access, player software and every update.
- No trial, no free plan. The 49€ account is the cheapest way in.

How can I pay?
By card, PayPal and local methods such as Bancontact and Sofort, all through Stripe. Bank transfer is fine too.
Can I use my own hardware?
Yes. Any Windows PC, Android box, LG webOS panel or Samsung Tizen panel that meets the requirements runs the player. Buy a licence per screen and skip our player.
Do you provide a tax invoice?
Yes. We are a company registered in Poland, in the EU, and every order comes with a VAT invoice. Our VAT number is PL5213678094.
Is there a discount for buying several screens at once?
Yes. Licences bought in the same order as an account are 66€ each instead of 99€. It is applied at checkout, with no code to enter. Licences added later are 99€, so add the screens you already know about to your first order. On Enterprise, licences are 49€.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan?
You can move up at any time: contact us and we will arrange it. There is no downgrade option.
What is white label?
easyCMS running as your product. Your logo, your colours and your product name replace ours throughout, and your customers sign in on your own domain, so easyCMS appears nowhere. We do the branding work, usually within 7 days of receiving your logo and colours. It is included in the Enterprise account.
What exactly does "lifetime" cover?
The lifetime of the product. A one-time purchase covers access to the cloud CMS, the player software for your licensed displays and every software update we release. The CMS is hosted and kept current by us, so you never buy a new version. It does not cover the yearly Enterprise plan or any hardware.
What happens to my screens if easyCMS stops trading?
Your media, layouts and schedules are yours and exportable as ordinary files, not something you can only view through our interface. We have been trading in digital signage since 2014.
What happens when I run out of storage?
The account includes 1GB, PRO 5GB and Enterprise 20GB. Images barely count; video is what fills it. Streams, web pages, RSS, weather and DataSets use no storage at all. If you outgrow your plan, move up or ask us for a quote for more space.
What support is included in the price?
The assistant, the guides and the FAQ are free for everyone. When you want an engineer hands-on with your own setup, an Expert Support Hour is 25€, refunded if the cause turns out to be a bug in easyCMS. Enterprise accounts include priority support.
