Adding screens
Each extra screen is 99€ once, or 66€ in the same order as the account, with no code needed. On Enterprise, licences are 49€, or 99€ for Samsung Tizen or LG webOS. A Samsung Tizen or LG webOS screen takes the licence for Samsung Tizen or LG webOS, 129€ once, as its player licence costs more. It is never 66€, and the licence included with an account covers a Windows, Android or ChromeOS screen.

Small print
What the price does not include
- Storage is capped: 1GB, 5GB on PRO, 20GB on Enterprise. Need more?
- One licence per screen, even when two screens show the same thing.
- Hardware is extra: our Android player is 499€ with its licence, or bring your own. Player options →
- ChromeOS needs Google's upgrade: Google's Kiosk & Signage Upgrade, about 25€ per device per year, bought from Google or a reseller, not from us.
- Enterprise renews at 1290€ a year. Everything else is paid once.
- No free plan, no free trial. The 49€ account is the cheapest way in.

Pricing questions, answered
How can I pay?
By card, PayPal, bank transfer or local methods such as Bancontact, through Stripe. Every order comes with a VAT invoice from our Polish company (VAT PL5213678094).
Can I use my own hardware?
Yes. A Windows PC, Android box, ChromeOS device, LG webOS or Samsung Tizen screen that meets the requirements works. Buy a licence per screen and skip our player: 99€, or 129€ for a Samsung Tizen or LG webOS screen.
What does "lifetime" cover?
Access to Studio and the CMS, the player software for your licensed screens and every update, for the life of the product. It does not cover Enterprise or hardware.
Can I change plan later?
You can move up at any time: contact us and we will arrange it. There is no downgrade.
What happens to my screens if easyCMS stops trading?
Your media, designs and schedules are yours and can be exported as ordinary files. We have been in digital signage since 2010.
