Is PRO worth it below 25 screens?

Usually only for the reporting. If you have six to ten screens and no need to evidence what played, the 49€ account plus licences is cheaper. Proof of play is the clearest reason to buy PRO.

What does a 25-screen build actually cost?

299€ for PRO, which includes one licence, plus 24 more. In the same order those are 66€ each, so 1,883€ once. Added later they are 99€ each and the same network is 2,675€.

Can I upgrade from the 49€ account?

Yes. Contact us and we will move your account, media and displays across rather than making you start again.

Do I get multiple user logins?

No. PRO is one shared login, which is fine for one team. Separate logins with roles and permissions are an Enterprise feature.
