easyCMS has no monthly fee. You pay 49€ once for the account, with your first screen included, and 99€ once for each extra screen (66€ when you buy it in the same order). Nothing renews, and your screens do not stop when a card expires.
The one exception is the Enterprise account at 1,290€ a year, for more than 25 screens. It is the only recurring plan we sell.

The easyCMS figures assume you buy the licences in the same order as the account. Add screens later at 99€ each and five screens come to 445€, twenty-five on PRO to 2,675€. Either way, there is no invoice in year two.
Against these two plans, a first screen pays for itself in 6 to 7 months, and a 25-screen build in 9 to 10 months.

The guides and the assistant are free. An expert support hour is 25€, only when you want an engineer on your setup.
What is not included
Screens, mounts and installation
Hardware is separate. A screen with LG webOS or Samsung Tizen built in needs no extra player. See the players page.
Screens beyond your licences
Each screen needs its own licence. Two screens showing two halves of one menu are two licences.
Unlimited storage
1GB on the account, 5GB on PRO, 20GB on Enterprise. A menu board rarely fills 1GB; a big video library will. See storage quota.
Enterprise
1,290€ a year: more than 25 screens, white label on your own domain, users and roles, 20GB. Licences there are 49€ on Android, 99€ on webOS and Tizen, free on Windows and Linux.
A free plan or trial
There is neither. The software starts at 49€, and that is the price for your first screen.
When a subscription is the better buy
For screens that go up for less than about six months, such as a pop-up shop, a trade-show season or a pilot you may drop, rent rather than buy. Yodeck’s free plan (one screen, forever) beats us at exactly one screen, and if you need single sign-on, an app marketplace or unlimited video storage, we do not have them.
What “lifetime” means
A licence lasts for the lifetime of the product. It covers access to the CMS we host, the player software for your licensed screens and every update. It does not cover hardware, which has its own warranty.

Is there really no monthly fee?
Yes, on the 49€ account, the 99€ licence and the 299€ PRO account. You pay once, and your screens do not go dark on a billing date. Enterprise, at 1,290€ a year, is the one exception.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
No. The guides, the FAQ and the assistant on this site are free to everyone. The software starts at 49€.
Which plan do I need?
Up to 5 screens, the 49€ account. 6 to 25 screens, the 299€ PRO account. More than 25, white label or users with roles, Enterprise. Every price is on the pricing page.
Why does easyCMS cost more than some subscriptions in year one?
Because you pay for every year at once. Xibo Cloud Professional, at 4,40€ per display per month (checked September 2026), is cheaper in year one at 25 screens; easyCMS pulls ahead around month seventeen.
Can I use screens and players I already own?
Usually. Most screens with an HDMI input work with a player, and a screen with LG webOS or Samsung Tizen built in needs none. Each screen still needs its own licence.
