Yes, you can buy extra licences whenever you need them, at 99€ each, or 129€ for a Samsung Tizen or LG webOS screen. If you outgrow the account's five screens or 1GB, we move your account, media and screens to PRO or Enterprise for you. Ask before downgrading.

You pay once: the account, PRO and display licences have no monthly fee and nothing to renew. Software updates are free. The only recurring plan is Enterprise, at 1,290€ a year.

We have no standard discount for schools, charities or non-profits. Licences bought in the same order as an account are 66€ instead of 99€, and above 25 screens Enterprise is usually the cheapest route. Email us with your screen count.

No, there is no free plan and no free trial. The cheapest way in is the 49€ account, paid once, which includes the licence for your first screen.

Yes, every purchase comes with a VAT invoice from DynamicDigital sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland, EU VAT number PL5213678094. EU businesses should enter their VAT number at checkout. We reissue invoices with corrected details on request.

Enterprise is 1,290€ a year for agencies, resellers and networks of 25 screens or more. You get white label on your own domain, users and roles, 20GB and priority support. Licences are 49€ for Android, 99€ for LG webOS and Samsung Tizen, free for Windows and Linux, and our Android players cost 299€.

It means you pay once and keep using easyCMS, with no expiry date and no renewal invoice. It covers Studio, the player for each licensed screen and free updates.

Yes, every screen with its own player needs its own licence, even if it shows the same content as another. One player driving one screen is one licence, however much is on the design.

On the one-time plans there is nothing to stop paying, so your account and screens keep working. Only Enterprise renews yearly; if it lapses you lose its white-label and multi-user features, so talk to us first.

A display licence lets one screen play easyCMS, and you buy it once. Your account includes the first one, for a Windows, Android or ChromeOS screen. Extra licences are 99€ each, or 66€ when bought with the account. A Samsung Tizen or LG webOS screen always needs the 129€ licence, as its player licence costs more.

No. If you can use an app on your phone and plug in an HDMI cable, you can run easyCMS. In Studio you pick a template, type over the words and choose when it plays.

A normal TV works fine for a few hours a day, and many customers use one. For long days or shop windows, buy a commercial display: it is brighter, can hang in portrait and is built to stay on all day.

Yes. Switch the screen to portrait in Studio and most designs rearrange themselves for the taller shape; you may also need to turn on rotation in the player's settings. Check first that your screen may be mounted in portrait, as some TVs may not.

Samsung Tizen commercial screens are supported: the player runs on the screen itself, and each one needs the 129€ licence for Samsung Tizen or LG webOS. Consumer Samsung TVs and Raspberry Pi are not; for those, connect an Android player over HDMI. If you already own Raspberry Pi hardware, email us the model.

You can, but every change means walking to the screen with a USB stick. You get no scheduling and no way to check the screen from afar. For one screen that almost never changes, that is fine.

Yes, with Android players on the same local network, which can play in sync. Windows and LG webOS players cannot sync this way. A wall driven by one player through a wall controller counts as one screen and one licence.

Not directly, because nobody is at the screen to type a password, so it shows the login page. Use a share link or public read-only link if your tool offers one, or the Power BI add-on. Tell us your tool and we will advise.

Yes, but the most reliable way is to export your slides as a video or PDF and upload that. A Google Slides deck published to the web can also be shown as a web page. PowerPoint itself only works on Windows players with PowerPoint installed.

The account includes 1GB, PRO 5GB and Enterprise 20GB. That is room for many short videos and thousands of photos, and web pages, live feeds, weather and your Menu & prices lists use none. Long 4K videos fill it quickest. If you need more, ask us for a quote.

You can upload images, videos, audio, PDFs and HTML packages. Keep images close to the screen's size and compress videos before uploading: they look the same and use far less storage.

Yes, a design can show a web page or a public dashboard next to your other content. Power BI dashboards have their own add-on. Web pages need a live connection to refresh, and often need enlarging to be readable across a room.

Use a network cable if you can, WiFi if you must, and 4G where there is nothing else. A cable keeps working after router restarts and password changes. 4G suits vehicles, windows and temporary sites.

No, easyCMS is a hosted service we run for you, and there is no self-hosted edition. Running signage on your own servers means taking on hosting, updates, backups and fixes yourself, which is exactly what the 49€ account saves you.

easyCMS is secure: players and our servers talk over an encrypted connection, and a screen receives nothing until it is connected to your account. Players fetch their content, so you open no ports on your network. Enterprise adds users and roles.

Usually the screen's time zone differs from yours, so check that first. Other causes: an Urgent notice or another timed design is taking over, the media has not finished downloading, or the design is set to play on a different screen.
