Getting Started with easyCMS
What your easyCMS account includes, how to sign in to easyCMS Studio, and the three steps that take you from a new account to your first screen playing.
Your account is live as soon as your order completes. You run your screens in easyCMS Studio at app.myeasycms.com/studio, on a phone, tablet or computer. This guide covers what you bought, how to sign in, and the three steps to your first screen playing.

Keep your welcome email It holds your Studio username and password, and the CMS address and CMS key a player asks for when you connect a screen. Lost it? Ask us to re-send it.
What your account includes
The standard account is 49€ once, with no monthly fee:

Each extra screen needs a licence: 99€ once, or 66€ when bought in the same order as the account. A Samsung Tizen or LG webOS screen needs the 129€ licence, even for your first screen. For more than five screens, the PRO account (299€ once) manages up to 25 with 5GB. One licence covers one screen. Everything is on the pricing page.
Sign in to Studio
- Open app.myeasycms.com/studio.
- Sign in with the username and password from your welcome email.
- The first time, Studio asks Where are your screens? (a restaurant, a shop, an office…). It decides which templates you see first and never hides any. Change it later under Your business in the account menu.
Tip On a phone, use your browser’s Add to Home Screen option. Studio is then one tap away, like an app.

Your first screen in three steps
- Add the screen. Install the player, then follow Add a screen in My screens. See connecting your first display.
- Make a design. In Designs, tap New design, pick a template and type your words over it. See your first design.
- Play it. Tap Play on…, tick the screens, choose when, and press Send. See putting your design on a screen.
You can fill in Your info and start a design before any screen is connected: nothing reaches a screen until you play it.
How long a change takes
Players download each change and play it from their own storage, which is why screens keep playing when the internet drops. A small change arrives within moments; a large video on a slow line takes minutes. My screens shows where each screen has got to: wait for “Has all its content” before deciding something is broken.
Already using classic easyCMS?
Classic easyCMS is still there: choose Switch to classic easyCMS in Studio’s account menu. Layouts made there keep playing where they are scheduled, and the guides on creating layouts and scheduling content cover them. Want a classic layout rebuilt as a Studio design? Ask us: we do it free.
