Currency exchange offices, hotel receptions and travel agencies that change money can now run their rate boards from easyCMS Studio. You keep one rates table, and every screen, in the window, at the counter or at reception, shows it in the design you choose.

What it does
- Buy and sell rates for up to 60 currencies, with flags, names and the unit (100 JPY), buy column first.
- Automatic or locked, currency by currency. Automatic rates follow the official daily reference rates with your own buy and sell margins; locked rates stay exactly as you type them.
- Gold and silver per gram, 24, 22, 18 and 14 carat and silver 999, on the same board.
- Five board designs: a window wall, a counter grid, reception rates, a one-currency spotlight and a scrolling ticker.
- Board labels in 14 languages, with a second language that takes turns for tourists.
- A commission line printed as large as the rates, because France asks for rates and commissions in characters of the same size, and a warning if you type “0% commission”.
- Your rates on your own website, from the same table, so the window and the website never disagree.
The board is included with every easyCMS account. There is no add-on to buy and no monthly fee per screen.
Where to start

What your board must show
Exchange offices are regulated, and the rate board is part of it. We wrote three guides, with links to the legal texts:
- Exchange rate display rules by country: Spain, France, the UK, Czechia, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.
- What a currency exchange office must display in Spain: the rates, the commissions and the permanent notice board of Banco de España Circular 6/2001.
- What a bureau de change must display in France: the arrêté of 30 December 1998, equal type size and the outside board.
