The short version. An easyCMS account is 49€, paid once, and it includes the licence for your first screen. Each extra screen needs one more licence, also paid once: 66€ in the same order as the account, 99€ if you add it later. A Samsung Tizen or LG webOS screen takes a 129€ licence, the first one too. There is no monthly fee, no free plan and no free trial.
This page used to promise a free licence. The account was never free: “free” meant the first screen’s licence comes with the account at no extra charge. We have changed the title so it says what you actually pay.

What is included
Studio and its templates, hosting in the EU, the player software, updates and reports of what played. Up to 5 screens and 1GB of storage.
What renews
Only Enterprise, at 1,290€ a year, for more than 25 screens or your own brand. The account, PRO and licences never renew.
If a player dies
The licence does not die with it. Tell us which screen is retired and we release its licence for the replacement.

The lower price is applied by itself at checkout when the licences are in the same order as the account. There is no code to enter. PRO is 299€ once and takes you up to 25 screens and 5GB.
Not included: the screens, mounts and installation, the optional Android player at 499€ (it comes with its screen’s licence), and an expert support hour at 25€ if you want a person on your setup. The guides and the assistant are free.
A licence belongs to a screen, not a person or a place
Move a screen to another building, hand the account to a new manager, or swap the TV but keep the player: nothing changes. The count only moves when the number of connected screens does.
A player you have installed but not connected yet uses no licence. So you can set up players before the screens go live.
Some players (Android, ChromeOS, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen) also need a player licence of their own. We supply it inside our licence: the 99€ one for Android and ChromeOS, and the 129€ one for Samsung Tizen or LG webOS, whose player licence costs more. ChromeOS also needs Google’s own Kiosk & Signage Upgrade, bought from Google or a reseller. Windows and Linux players are free software. More in players for easyCMS.
Watch out LG webOS means LG’s professional signage screens, not a home LG TV. Check the model in easyCMS support for LG webOS before you buy.
Connecting a screen
- Install the player on the screen. Installers are on the download page.
- Open Studio on a phone or laptop on the same internet connection as the screen, and add a screen. Studio finds it.
- The screen takes one licence and starts playing.
The usual mistake is a phone on mobile data. Use the venue’s Wi-Fi. Step by step: connecting your first display or adding a new display.
Above 25 screens: Enterprise
Enterprise is 1,290€ a year, and it is a subscription. It brings 20GB, your own brand on your own domain, and several users with their own roles. Licences drop to 49€ for Android and 99€ for LG webOS and Samsung Tizen, free for Windows and Linux, and easyCMS Android players are 299€ instead of 499€.
When paying once is the wrong choice
If your screens are only up for a few months, rent instead. A free plan elsewhere is better for a single screen you are testing: Yodeck has one free screen, and OptiSigns three with its logo shown (both checked September 2026). See free digital signage software.
